Robin Talmadge
Her appreciation for color, textiles, and craftsmanship began at the sewing machine, where she learned to create clothing, work with patterns, select fabrics, and understand how color and texture can transform an idea.
That creative instinct eventually expanded from fashion into interiors. In the early 1980s, Robin helped design and build her own home, which was later featured in Sunset Magazine—an experience that deepened her appreciation for architecture, materials, and the details that give a home its character.
After more than 30 years in business, Robin chose to formally pursue the work she had been drawn to throughout her life, earning a Certificate in Interior Design from Cañada College.
Today, she brings together an experienced business perspective, formal design education, and an intuitive understanding of color, fabric, proportion, and function.
Her philosophy is simple: the best window treatments should feel as though they were always meant to be part of the space.
Rather than beginning with a product, Robin begins with the room—its architecture, natural light, furnishings, lifestyle requirements, and the client's individual aesthetic. From there, she helps curate a solution that balances beauty, privacy, light control, technology, and everyday functionality.
